Our workshop has a vast collection of spare parts, ready to be used for all our roller coasters and water attractions. This stock allows us to respond quickly and effectively to your needs, thus minimizing downtime for your activity.

CONCEPTION & SECURITY
Reliability, quality, maintenance, safety and compliance with standards are the key words of Reverchon.
Constantly evolving, we are looking to strengthen our attractions throughout their operating time.
An example is the development of a new system of individual safety bars for Spinning Coasters, which offer both flexibility and adaptation to each passenger, and which are also compatible with previous versions of this attraction. Reverchon’s main commitment is safety – all rides are built in accordance with DIN safety standards (since 2007), EN 1090, EN 13 1814, ASTM, AS, as well as Japanese standards, respecting all seismic risks.
From design to installation, each carousel manufactured by Reverchon is subject to a series of controls that result in both internal controls by the Reverchon quality department and external controls, with the approval of the control bodies (TUV, Socotec, etc.)

Dynamic structure welds are checked and carried out in accordance with the EN1090 standard in execution class 3 (level 4 being reserved for nuclear).
